Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.
100% money back on all items returned to us less our shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, you must send us a photo of the box and material you received, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, a prepaid return label will be provided to you. You will then be required to get it into the hands of UPS, whether it be dropping it at a pick up location, or handing it directly to a UPS Driver. Once we receive it back to our location and inspect the items, you will be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for sample pieces. The over handling deteriorates the samples and they are intended as one time use.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we will ship out a replacement right away. Just give us a call at (845)229-1201 or Email us at Sales@newmouldings.com. We just ask for photo proof of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in. If we are going to send a pick up ticket for the items will be determined on a case by case basis.
